Our country's comprehensive strength has continued to grow and the country's infrastructure construction and real estate industry have continued to maintain a rapid development which has been spurring the growth of the building materials industry. Since most brick kilns are basically managed by peasant family or self-employed entrepreneurs, with small scale, less investment,primitive technology of sintering and artificial experience and visual observation to produce bricks, there are disadvantages of s inconsistent quality of sintering, economic efficiency is not high and serious environmental pollution. However, there is very little research on domestic brick kiln temperature monitoring and control system. Whether to consider the social value or economic value, we are in serious need of making a brick kiln temperature monitoring and control system with modern detect and control means.To make a brick kiln temperature monitoring and control system, the paper made a simple analysis of the structure and working condition of brick kiln, made an analysis of the kiln temperature measurement and the sensor layout, selected the distributed capture module and bus communications for system design. A local area network monitoring and control system of 6 pairs of tunnel brick kiln production lines has been made.The paper designed a simple and practical brick kiln temperature monitoring system program with King view 6.52 software, selected the K-type thermocouple sensor, ADAM4018+ modules and ADAM4561 module as the temperature monitoring system hardware, conducted a calibration of the sensor and completed the setup and testing of the modules, so that made a complete set of practical real-time monitoring system for brick kiln temperature.A fuzzy neural network intelligent controller was made based on the analysis of the collected spot data with MATLAB software. The simulation comparison was made on control effect and anti-interference ability of traditional PID controller and fuzzy neural network controller. The result shows that Compared with the traditional PID control, using the temperature deviation and temperature change rate as the input of a fuzzy neural network controller, fuzzy neural network controller has the advantages of fast response, small overshoot, and robustness of anti-interference ability. Using the dynamic data exchange functions of MATLAB and king view, the written control program language in Kingview, the fuzzy neural network controller program and the real-time collection data of temperature, the system can get the output value. Then Kingview can transmit the output values to SINE303-018G/022P inverter by the ADAM-4021 module to get the intelligent control of brick kiln temperature.Field tests show that the designed system is simple and practical and can save a large number of coal for brick factory annually, so it can get very good economic and environmental values, increase economic efficiency and achieve the energy-saving and emission reduction goals in the premise of improving productivity.
