Based on pre-decomposition cement rotary kiln calcination system, the control algorithms in this thesis are designed for cement rotary kiln temperature control system as well as simulation research. In the cement calcination system temperatures are important parameters, so that controlling temperatures effectively has greater theoretical value and practical significance to guarantee the quality of cement clinker. Cement rotary kiln calcination system has the characteristics of delay, time-varying, large inertia, nonlinear and difficulty to establish accurate mathematical models, so the traditional control algorithms have been difficult to meet the control needs. In this paper a study is done about the temperatrues control in cement rotary based on fuzzy control.First of all, with the analysis of cement rotary kiln process and control requirements, model identification tool in MATLAB simulation software is applied to obtained identified models of various monitoring parameters in the cement rotary kiln calcination system through the simulation based on the actual production process input and output data of a large cement plant, models directly express the input and output relationship between control values and controlled values.Second, for the main monitoring parameter, time-varying, delay, and other characteristics in this system are considered to design fuzzy control algorithm and a simulation research is done according to a identified control model. Meanwhile, cement rotary kiln temperature PID control simulation and fuzzy control simulation are done separately, and results show that fuzzy controller has a good control effect, strong robustness and is suitable for cement rotary kiln calcination system temperature control.Then, the advantages of fuzzy control and gray predictive control have been combined to design cement rotary kiln temperature adaptive fuzzy algorithm based on gray predictive model. And a simulation research is done too. Through contrasting simulation results, the effectiveness of the control algorithm is verified.Finally, a multi-variable decoupling Fuzzy-Smith predictive control algorithm is presented based on cement rotary kiln calcination system multi-variable control scheme. This algorithm takes the kiln burning zone temperature and the kiln outlet temperature as controlled values, coaling amount and exhaust fan speed as control values. The simulation results show that the algorithm has good control performance to achieve a significant decoupling between outputs, and strong robustness, and is better to solve the problem of cement rotary kiln temperature control.
