The temperature control of kiln and furnace is the most difficult task in industrial production, because of the lag and distribution parameters for nonlinear systems, difficult to establish mathematical model, more affected control parameters. So it is difficult to obtain the satisfying control quality, achieve the good control effect to use the traditional control policy. It is more difficult to control the temperature in Rotary Kiln for use raw material refinery coke particularity. Because the temperature distribution in the rotary kiln as the coke burns is different from the conventional kiln, the amount of wind and the kiln negative pressure causes the calcining belt shuttle, product quality is related to the rotary kiln temperature and calcining belt position, and no direct way to examination the calcining belt position.This article determine that the use fuzzy control is the essential method to design the temperature automatic system for rotary kiln through describe the big lag system automatic control's developing process, compare with the big lag system's each kind of automatic control algorithm's good and bad points, unified my factory rotary kiln temperature control system's actual situation, as well as the fuzzy control algorithm in industrial control's merit.This paper put forward the method to detect and judge the position of calcining belt on the temperature in particular place of kiln with the basics of fuzzy set and fuzzy reasoning. Also it has extracted and concluded the fuzzy control rule of the temperature control in kiln and designed the fuzzy rule base of the calcining belt and the kiln temperature control on the effective operation experience in long-time by operator. The paper describe the principle of hardware and soft in temperature fuzzy control for Rotary Kiln by demand for system, actual establish the system software. By MATLAB simulation, it confirmed this approach is feasible to achieve the required accuracy of the control and meet the requirements of the production process.
