One million years ago, pepole invented ceramic. During the long process of ceramic industry development, the tools of making ceramic:the kilns' development, is the most important thing. With the rapid economic progress, people's demands for building ceramics are increasing day by day, more and more product quality and variety are required. As the key equipment of ceramic production process, how to improve ceramic kilns' automation level, has become the public focus which are pursued by ceramic manufacturers.This thesis starts from improve the ceramics'production automation, it selects the actual project as a basis, ceramic kiln temperature measure and control system as a research object. For the kilns'temperature measurements, the thesis designs ceramic kiln temperature data acquisition software, it has also analysis the ceramics kiln temperature control strategy, and provides for a feasible plan to improve the efficiency for ceramic production.First of all, the thesis describes the hot research questions and status of ceramic kiln firing process automation at present. From the perspective analysis, there has not a very satisfactory solution about ceramic kiln firing process automation whether at home or abroad all the time. And our automation level still has a large gap compared to abroad. This is one of the reasons why domestic quality of ceramic products are fall behind, so the country must improve ceramic kilns'automation level quickly.Secondly, the thesis introduces the daily production process of ceramic. For the actual project involved ceramic tunnel kiln, analysis the tunnel kilns' structure, workflow and its three divisiory zones. The thesis makes a detailed description of the firing processes and institutions. And makes very specific instructions about measurements of the tunnel kiln in temperature, pressure, atmosphere and other factors.Thirdly, the thesis selects the tunnel kilns'temperature data as a breakthrough of system software design. Uses VC++ 6.0 and the SQL in order to interact with databases. Designs a software of ceramics kiln temperature data acquisition system. This software achieves many functions, such as real-time temperature data collection and monitoring, historical data storage and query, report forms printing, etc. Through applications of the actual project, it shows that, the software is reasonable, practicable, running well and has greatly enhanced the automation level of this ceramics manufacturer.In the last place, according to the characteristics that ceramic kiln temperature control system is large inertia, pure delay and the strongly nonlinear, after the simulation and comparative study on the traditional control algorithm, establishes a model based on fuzzy adaptive PID control. And made a Matlab simulation and system analysis both from tracking performance and anti-jamming capability, the feasibility of fuzzy adaptive PID algorithm has been tested. The controller can improve the control accuracy of temperature data, and it has strong robustness and adaptability as well.
