Blood transfusion in clinical medicine occupies an irreplaceable role, largely determine the quality of blood transfusion safety. At present, China blood collection, processing, transportation and use of such links has basically realized the full information management, but there are three significant shortcomings: first, the mobile blood collection site conditions, most of the domestic blood banks Mobile blood collection site or the use of manual methods can not be accomplished real-time access to relevant business information; Second, government departments, various aspects of blood management has the responsibility of supervision, but in practice often only after access to information, can not do real-time monitoring, when there accidents and even some fake blood banks process information; third, the blood as an important resource for emergency medical treatment, but also the embodiment of love and voluntary blood donors, but in reality there are a lot of blood waste and ischemic coexistence of emergency, reasonable development of voluntary blood donation plan and guide the orderly blood donors has become an important research.Based on the completion of the general function of the blood management system based on, for the above-mentioned problems, focusing on completion of the following two aspects:1. Combined with the practical mobile blood work are discussed in detail the implementation of mobile blood collection service information programs, and proposed a mobile blood collection terminal design, the initial process of mobile blood collection information.2. According to the information security needs blood transfusion, use of the Internet, PKI, authentication technologies such as unified information system gives a secure program.
