With the rapid growth of medical demand and gradual improvement of the medical security system in the new historical period, clinical blood demand is increasing year by year. Meanwhile, the economic and social development and technical limitations are leading to blood safety risk, such as blood transfusion transmitting diseases, which appears new characteristics and trends. Blood collection and supply in China is facing a new challenge. In this background, this paper puts forward to establish blood collection and supply integrated management system as the key, through the RFID technology to realize the rapid identification of blood and a key tracking, to ensure the blood quality and safety.To meet the needs of modern blood collection and supply development, this paper mainly makes a research on the development status at home and abroad, takes domestic and foreign advanced management experience for reference and studies related theory on blood full traceability and software de velopment technology. By using radio frequency technology to realize blood collection and supply process input control and real-time transmission, we are dedicated to designing and developing blood collection and supply integrated management system based o n full traceability, mainly including:First of all, this thesis makes definitions on various issues in blood collection and supply management process, summarizes in view of the relevant problems, implements individual research on blood full traceabili ty combining the radio frequency technology and the construction of full traceability system model, determines individual identification methods of blood full traceability, and thus lays a solid foundation for subsequent work. Secondly, our research, using the object-oriented analysis method, makes a detailed analysis in view of the problems to be solved, elaborates the system overall process and requirements, clarifies the construction focus of blood collection and supply integrated management system, and with the consideration from the module demands and technical requirements of blood collection and supply integrated management system, coordinates with the system business flow diagram and case analysis, forms the specific business requirements analysis content. Finally, this paper makes an analysis on the blood collection and supply integrated management system development environment, function module and system maintenance in detail. System function module mainly includes the blood donation management, pr oduct management, blood bank management and quality control management, basically meeting the blood full traceability management, and the normal operation of the system through the corresponding maintenance.In this thesis, based on blood full traceability, the blood collection and supply integrated management system is advantageous to the quality control of blood collection and supply key process and effective monitoring of blood cold chain and the safety management of the clinical blood transfusion, which realizes the automation record in the whole process, from the blood collection, preparation, testing, saving to supply, the blood collection and supply integrated management system successfully is applied in practice, achieving positive management benefit and decision-making basis.
