An Analysis Of The Current Situation And The Improvement Of Information Management In Handan Central Blood Station

With the constant development of IT technology, the information management systemhas become a new manage mode applied in all walks of life. Each year, Handan Blood CentralStation collects30,000,000ml of blood. Every day, the blood station staff often needs to do alot of tedious work of information records such as blood preparation, detection processinformation recording, signature confirmation between blood donors and blood stationbetween the station and the blood user, which costs the staff a lot of time and energy. Anystaff’s lacking of hard-working in dealing with the information may lead to the emergence ofloss and confusion of the blood station information. These wrong records of the informationwill increase the difficulties for the routine work. If the information management system isapplied to the blood information recording, the pressure of staff will be reduced, the recordsthe blood station will be accurately recorded and the information management work will beimplemented well. So, the information management in blood station is imperatively needed.This thesis mainly consists of five parts, the introduction, the current situation ofinformation management platform of Handan Central Blood Station, its defects and causes,the reflection and the conclusion. The study takes the information management system ofHandan Central Blood Station as an example. The first chapter summarizes the purpose andsignificance of this study, research contents, methods and innovations. The second chapterdescribes the construction of the current blood stations information management system, thedesign and realization of all the functions as well as the guarantee system of informationmanagement system of the blood station. The third chapter points out such defects and causesas focusing on the promotion of the functions but ignoring the interconnectivity, payingattention to management and outsourcing but ignoring the professional training, layingemphasis on the system construction but ignoring the overall planning. The fourth chapterproposes that the information management system of blood station should attach greatimportance to the organization and leadership in management, the competence of leading theglobal informatization, the improvement of the product mechanism, the development of the products, the proper application of the products and establishing the efficient informationmanagement system. Finally the thesis comes to the conclusion that in the information agetoday, with the aid of efficient information management system, fine personnel and productmanagement, good economic benefit and excellent social service, the blood station canpromote the healthy and orderly development of blood station standardization system, dobetter service for the society, making blood station management to win more beneficial,economical and social benefits.
