Blood pressure is an important physiological parameter of human body,which is an important basis for doctors to diagnose the state of patients.Blood pressure reflects the operation of the entire circulatory system,when the circulatory system changes,the blood pressure will change.In some important medical occasions,blood pressure may change at any time,due to drugs,the environment,emotions and other effects,the need for continuous real-time blood pressure monitoring,and for the corresponding treatment according to the current blood pressure.The invasive arterial puncture method blood pressure measurement in continuous blood pressure monitoring means is the most commonly used,although this method accurate measurement,but due to the equipment system is huge,difficult operation,trauma has a risk of infection,so it is necessary to seek a non-invasive way of continuous blood pressure monitoring operation.This thesis is based on arterial tension blood pressure measurement method to achieve noninvasive continuous blood pressure monitoring system.The monitoring system is divided into data processing system(host computer)and lower computer.Through the design and implementation of data processing system,to complete the human blood pressure and heart rate for continuous real-time monitoring.First of all,this paper summarizes the background of noninvasive continuous blood pressure measurement and the present situation at home and abroad,and makes a brief introduction to the technology and theory needed for system realization.Secondly,according to the actual situation,the data processing system needs analysis,including system platform analysis,functional analysis,performance requirements analysis,and on the basis of the overall design of the system.And then design and implement the blood pressure calculation algorithm,the heart rate calculation algorithm and the filter algorithm in the data processing system.The blood pressure calculation algorithm calculates the reference blood pressure and the calibration parameters to model the signal.The heart rate calculation algorithm Fast Fourier transform,the filtering algorithm includes sliding average sliding filter algorithm and Butterworth filter,and the realization of the three key algorithms to verify and analyze to determine the key algorithm in the system environment,the practicality and accuracy,Prepare for the implementation of late data processing systems.Finally,the modules of the data processing system are designed in detail,including data transmission module,digitalsignal module,blood pressure calculation module,display module and so on,and use C ++ programming language and Qt application framework to realize them.Noninvasive continuous blood pressure monitoring data processing system through a series of tests of tension measurement method based on the validation of the system and each module can be stable for a long time,accurate operation,meet the basic requirements of real-time monitoring of blood pressure in the blood pressure signal waveform,the numerical results and the heart rate and blood pressure and sensitive perception to fluctuations in blood pressure and heart rate values.The design goal of the system is realized.
