The proportion of clinic use of blood without payment reaches to100%.However, it is a common phenomenon that blood stations all over the country fall into blood tension. Blood stations have responsibility to offer enough blood. Therefore, the most urgent tasks are to publicize and urge more people to donate blood. That requires blood stations in various regions change their work patterns and establish a real"blood donors'management system", which registers the personal information of blood donors and check and response to the examiner materials that donors'offer. It can not only offer convenient services to blood donor but also offer strategic decision to blood stations and hygiene administrative departments. Besides, there is increasingly number of Chinese suffering from AIDS, hepatitis B and hepatitis C. One of the routes of infection is blood transfusion. It is urgent to prevent AIDS virus and hepatitis virus from their sources. The establishment of blood stations in cities level is necessary as blood transfusion grows. The current main blood transfusion software develops from C/S infrastructure, which is mainly used in local area networks. It is important problems that how blood bank cooperate with blood stations.In response to these problems ,this management software for blood donor without payment meets the demand of modernization management, enhances the management for donors and provides strategic decisions through computer skills.The system uses a structured analysis, carried out blood donors'management system needs analysis report, a clear system of user needs and functional requirements, mapping the business process diagrams and data flow diagram; combined with the requirements analysis, totally designed a blood donors'management system, a really clear system modules, including Donor information management module, management module with raised blood donors, blood reimbursement management module, WEB service management module, query statistics management module, system settings, maintenance and management module six modules.This system establishes the information management system to blood stations, blood banks, hygiene administrative departments and blood donor without payment through mixed model of B/S and C/S, operating the same data base, setting management access and protecting data platform.The system applies different scientific scheme according to different model's module. C/S model codes with VB.NET,and B/S model with Asp.net, Oracle 10i is used as database application system.And then be translated an edited into client application program and web program.
