Usually, most of the equipment status monitoring system adopts the cable to connect the cable model, but in some cases, site conditions, sensor wiring inconvenience or walk line cost will limit condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system for using. Transmission cable's fault or breakage also affects the normal use of apparatus, increased to maintenance requirements in monitoring instrument. Based on this consideration, on the analysis of the key technology of Zigbee, the thesis presented a design scheme based on object-oriented machinery vibration signal acquisition and using wireless technology of Zigbee for data transmission remote monitoring system, The system integrates data collection, transmission and processing, overcome traditional and on-line monitoring system in some special conditions, cannot use the defects of great practical.This thesis completed the following main aspects:(1)Introduce the research status of wireless communication technology and equipment condition monitoring; expound the significance of the topic.(2)On the analysis of the characteristics of vibration monitoring equipment and the actual demand; put forward the key technology of the monitoring system; design a kind of general plan of the wireless remote monitoring system based on Zigbee.(3)Analyses some technology of the short-range wireless communication, and compare several short-range wireless communication technology, and select the Zigbee as wireless communications technology.(4)Select proper wireless sensor ICP and wireless communication chips combined with the actual situation; design data acquisition module and wireless communication module of sensor by RF chip CC2430; mainly introduce the front-end circuit, A/D circuit of data acquisition module and the peripheral circuit design of chip CC2430; provide the software design of the sensor terminal node.(5)Analyze the process of communication between nodes;provide the star topology structure of the system; finish downloading program of the sensor nodes and compiling IEEE address in IAR development environment; realize the wireless communication between the sensor nodes based on MSSTATE_LRWPAN protocol stack.Preliminary results show that, wireless sensor nodes structured by integrating chip CC2430 and streamline network protocol Zigbee are effective and lay the foundation of further work for the equipment condition monitoring system and good engineering significance.
