The Research And Implementation Of Product Inspection Information System Based On Mobile Smart Client

The product quality which related to the company's competitiveness is a comprehensive reflection of company's management, so the general quality control is necessary. Product inspection is the key point to ensure product quality, because of the methods of manual record on paper and mechanical labor are used to transmit information in traditional product inspection program,the fault such as the lowly work efficiency, the rough feedback informations and slowly data transferring, the easily lost data and so on, have an influence on product's inspection schedule and delivery. Therefore it is the pressing problem to build the product inspection system based on modern information technology.Aiming at the disadvantages of traditional product inspection system, combining with the actual demands which proposed that the staff could work with hand-held mobile device in both online and offline status, a product inspection information system is implemented in the thesis based on Mobile Smart Client technology.Firstly the smart client technology is introduced in the thesis on basis of analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of traditional application architecture B/S and C/S. In accordance with the Object-Oriented design ideology, system requirement analysis, system function analysis and the design of system architecture are implemented. A kind of network structure that the wired LAN integrated with the wireless LAN is applied acoording to the actual environment, and the Web Services technology is adopted to implement the communication between smart client and server, Service-Oriented smart client architecture is adopted to build product inspection information system. According to system's business processes and database theory, the design of the system data flow diagram, database table structure and database storage procedure are completed, and the database of product inspection information system is built. Many key technologies, such as the Mobile Smart Client, occasional connectivity, SQL Server CE mobile database and ADO.NET, optimistic concurrency handing mode, are used to realize data cache,data synchronization, offline processing function and resolve data conflict problem during the data synchronization process. The function modules, including switch between online and offline module, data query module, data downloading module, data entry module, data uploading module and etc.are designed and implemented by applying these key technologies, the system design goal that continued and efficiently work in the cirmustance of no network or intermittent network connectivity is archieved.The system has been tested to be stable and reliable, and easy to operate. The establishment of the system realize the electronic information of data query, data entry, information transmission and management, reduce the burden on the staff, improve the work efficiency of product inspection and the management level of product quality.
