Digital image processing technology is the real system state monitoring and fault diagnosis of a major research component, in the automation of production become increasingly important. In particular, in the machinery production, in view of this article discusses the background to the study of this topic, and major content; detailed image processing algorithms, and on this basis, the use of these algorithms is given thread processing images, as well as simulation results.This paper presents a DSP-based image acquisition and processing system solutions, and select high-performance, low-cost Altera Corporation Cycfonenl family TMS320VC5416 DSP as the core; With CCD as the image acquisition module, the use of CCD image sensors, photoelectric conversion of the vibration signals, using acquisition cards for data acquisition, into the computer for data processing and analysis and a series of operations; With SDRAM as the memory modules to store data. Design and development of image acquisition and processing hardware and software integrated system.On the hardware side, design of peripheral circuits of the control module, control module circuit, image acquisition module circuits, and memory modules for the four parts of the circuit, through the four parts of a whole image acquisition and processing system. We use of this system in the production of screws to detect thread defects as well as the extent of compliance, thereby enhancing the quality of production.
