Image Processing: using computers to analyze images in order to achieve the required results of the technology, which generally refers specifically to digital image processing. Digital image refers to digital cameras, scanners and other equipment have been sampled and digitized to be a large two-dimensional array, the array of elements called pixels, and its value as an integer, known as the gray value. The main contents of image processing technology, including image compression, enhancement and restoration, matching, description and identification of three parts.With e-commerce, network communication and digital-depth development of society, more and more identity, people often use ID, password, IC cards, digital certificates and other traditional security measures for authentication and security identification. By these means, "things" the way of identification, and indirectly related to the realization of the object to confirm the identity of the holder. The above-mentioned measures, there may need to carry, easy to forget, easy loss, inconvenient and vulnerable to theft and other factors of insecurity and thus the lower the accuracy of such methods, poor security. People need to find a safe and convenient means of identification,to reliably identify the identity of - the human body biometrics. Fingerprints, finger means lines appear on the strip, their formation depends on the environment at the time of embryonic development and genetic, so almost no two identical fingerprints. Because of its stability and ease of collection only features, has been considered to be the most reliable use of biological characteristics based on one of the basis for identification.Fingerprint identification system's core modules include: fingerprint image preprocessing, feature extraction, feature matching. Which usually include pre-processing image segmentation, image filtering, image enhancement, image binarization and image thinning actions. In this paper, based on details of the matching method for image processing and analysis, through specific algorithms and software implementation, and gives the steps of the experimental results. Fingerprint image experiments show that the treatment effect can effectively extract the fingerprint ridge, and to better achieve the purpose of fingerprint image pre-processing, has a certain practical value.In the twenty-first century, artificial intelligence, security, military, intelligence products, and many other industries are inseparable from the image processing, image processing technology, the rapid development of profound theoretical significance and great value, is a limitless dynamic.
