Before empty beer bottle filled,it must pass clean and check these two working procedures to guarantee it conforms to the production standard. The traditional check way is the artificial method, but the precision and the speed can't meet the requirements. Using the new system, which depends upon the DSP technology, the image sensor technology and the digital image processing technology to do the non-contact empty bottle check would be the future development direction. Based on analyzing the shortcomings of traditional empty bottle check facility, this article proposes one kind of glass wine bottle check system which unifies the DSP and digital image processing technology. Revolves the topic goal of empty bottle check, the article designs the image formation unit of image acquisition, writes the hardware circuit connection plan that uses OV5017 and TMS320C6201 as the core component, in view of the DSP characteristic, emphatically studies and develops the software system, makes the detailed image processing algorithm and the program flow diagram. In the VC++6.0 environment, analyses the bottle body, the bottle bottom, the bottle mouth pictures by simulation, and at last confirms the validity and feasibility of the processing algorithm.
