With the developm ent of infor mation technology, the scoring m ethods of students examination papers present diversified deve lopment, all kinds of examination of our country basically achieved online m arking. But the exam ination papers of fine arts examinees still use the original scoring method, in order to make the fine arts examinee can also enjoy the advantages of information technology-achieving online marking, firstly we must collect the image and extract the image information of the arts test paper, it means the paper backup, bar code identif ication, examinee information screen. We must ensure the same external environment in th e image acquisition process, and try to m ake the collected images is the same as the original image, ensuring that the collected images will not affect the examinee scores because of the limitation of collecting conditions.Firstly,this paper analysis the conponents of the prototype,image acquisition,working principle,drive mode,control mode and select of the parts.Secondly,this article make the best choice through experiments for the im age capture device selection,selection of the light source,set the device paraments and so on.Thirdly,this paper also puts forward the realization of the commercial cam eras are controlled by computers by using Ca non SDK, at the s ame time it uses sensitivity(ISO), shutter speed(TV), aperture value(AV), white balance(WB) etc. which are produced when the computers regu late the commercial cameras to ensure the acquired images are true and correct, and it Sets the live view, by which we can vi ew the shooting effect through computers. there are th ree kinds of the save path of the acquired image: commercial camera, computer, commercial camera and computer. Besides, we can control the shutter through commercial camera shutter line by using PLC program, and the homemade shutter line connects with the commercial camera through shutter interface, then touch the shutter after using PLC to control the equipment inversion, the im ages can be directly stored in the f older which is set in the com puter, and ea ch parameters of the commercial camera can be automatically set on computer.The last this paper put forward barcode recognition program which is based on MVtec Halcon reads the collected im ages and shields examinees information in order to quickly realize the barcode location on the paper, decoding message and test image backup, and get the barcode inform ation and test paper nam e stored in excel database ensuring that the barcode information are corresponding to the test paper information, and then respectively record the completed and unrecognized image names in the word docum ents, the final step is to package the code in the Visual Studio C# and release. The validity and reliability of this scheme is proved by a lot of experiments.
