Research On Some Key Issues In Integrated Automation Of Beer Production Process

Informationization is necessary for enterprise development in the information age. It has a significant impact on implement of enterprise strategic goals. Furhermore, it is the effective means of enhancing the level of enterprise production and management, reducing production costs, improving production efficiency and increasing the enterprise competitiveness. It is widely studied that how to improve the level of beer automation and management so as to save energy and enhance the enterprise competitiveness using advanced integrated automation products in beer enterprise. In recent years, automation and informationization have been widely used in beer industry, but the integrated automation system for beer production process technology is still rare in foreign countries and has a relative complete research in China. The paper studies business process models, information integration technology, integrated automation system architecture and production process information management system which are key issues on integrated automation of beer production process so as to fill the defect. In addition, the paper studies the integration of beer production t-echnology, production, consumption, quality, management data, and researches business process models for beer production. Further, the beer process integrated automation system architecture is constructed to design and implement the information management system for beer production process. The main research of the paper is as follows.1) Comparing and analyzing modeling tools used nowadays, the paper uses ARIS modeling the beer production process business process, while four initial business process models are constructed for beer enterprise which is the basis for beer production integrated automation system.2) According to the detailed business of beer production process and technology, the paper designs the process control system which contains sections for raw materials grinding, wort preparation, beer brewing, beer filling and public works, also designs communication between each section in production process information management system.3) The paper constructs the general framework of integrated automation system for beer production process, and the control network architecture for beer enterprise business information and group information. Also the paper designs inform-ation gathering methods of beer production, uses OPC technology to integrate heter-ogeneous control network of beer enterprise and the production process information.4) The paper builds real-time database and relational database for the management system of beer production process, designs and implements the system which has good effects on improving the beer business management efficiency, reducing materi-al consumption and energy consumption after the actual operation of this system.5) The paper designs and implements beer quality tracking management system, which is a subsystem of the management system of beer production process.lt tracks on the beer production from raw materials to finished products so as to tak batch records.As a result it realizes the retroactive automation of product quality and improves the quality of the beer production process management very greatly.
