Research On The Integration Of Enterprise Information Systems In Aircraft Industry

The relevance of the introduction of information technologies in the organization of high-tech production throughout the life cycle of products,in particular,in the aircraft industry,is the need to improve the competitiveness and efficiency of management.The effectiveness of the introduction of information technologies is possible only when a system of organizational measures is formed,in which an effective flow of information is provided between all participants in the product life cycle.High-quality flow of information at the enterprise provides optimal and operational management of its financial,economic and production activities.Ensuring fast and high-quality information flow is possible through the implementation of integrated information technology with a set of interrelated solutions for all participants in the product life cycle with the possibility of combining PDM and ERP systems and organizing a single integrated management system.Integration of enterprise management information systems allows you to cover the enterprise as a whole from technologists-operators to senior management,increase production capacity and significantly improve the flow of data between production participants and the systems in which they work.This helps to increase the speed of information transfer,avoids errors and re-entry of data,ensures the availability of transparent information and the ability to work in parallel.As a result,production costs are reduced,product quality is improved and,as a rule,capital turnover is accelerated.The thesis analyzes the business processes of the aircraft manufacturing enterprise,describes the information model of processes,on the basis of this proposed model for building a comprehensive information system of the enterprise by integrating information management systems.This model allows you to manage the product lifecycle at all stages.A possible methodological approach to solving the problem of integration of heterogeneous information systems of enterprise management is also proposed and information flows between them are described.This solution will combine the product development and production cycles into a single two-way business process,significantly reduce the time of pre-production and improve the efficiency and quality of interaction between production participants.The result of this work,was studied the production process and proved the importance of rapid and high-quality information flow at an aircraft company,formed the requirements for building integrated information systems of the enterprise,the proposed method and steps of building an integrated information system presents an example user interface that unites the disparate information management systems in General complex.Therefore,an integrated enterprise management system framework will provide a rhythmic,timely,interconnected and reliable operation of production processes,which will at the same time increase the efficiency of management and get the economic effect of reducing the time of design and production preparation.
