Research And Implementation Of Absorber Production Process Control And Tracing Management System

This dissertation, with financial support by science and technology special project of Zhejiang province (NO.2009C11164) and Technology Plan of Zhejiang province (NO.2009C31025), will study the key technologies of system and designed in detail and develop the production-process control and tracing system. The main research works are as follows:1. Elaborating the background and significance of the research, overview of the status of research and then shows the research content and technology roadmap.2. Analyzing the main problems of production process control and quality tracing management in absorber industry, proposing then overall system architecture, based on IDEFO techniques, constructing the functional modeling.3. Researching product batch management, product process tracing, process quality control and quality traceability. Proposing the module of product batch and absorber enterprise group batch principle. Analyzing product produce and tracing process based on circulation documents. Researching real-time statistical analysis technique and then proposing quality tracing and quality traceability modules which based on batch inventory.4. Designing the main subsystems, include data flow module and physical data module.5. Completing the system development basing on ASP.NET and B/S structure, combining absorber enterprise example to show the result of the system running. Finally, implementing real-time and intelligence of production process control and quality traceability for absorber workshop.
