The thesis introduces the research background and the current situation of LF at home and abroad. On this basis, associated with LF technology, according to process optimization, process management requirements, the process of LF production of a detailed needs analysis and system design ,we formed a the automatic integrated Ladle Furnace system of the production process. Then, using DBLINKE communications technology, better solve the automatic integrated Ladle Furnace system of the production process for the production of three real-time data communications. At the same time, Some data are accounted for the administration of heats data is thoroughlly discussed.The process track is basic condition for guaranteeing that production can be accomplished normally and alloy model can work right. By tracking the heats discussed in detail, establish the base of process data tracking,we expatiate the functions of different parts of the system to achieve, the focus on the process of tracking events described in detail.The problems followed below are mainly solved through the establishment of the automatic integrated Ladle Furnace system of the production process:Real-time received production plan, production is organized according to the dynamic plan;The heats data is real-timely tracked by heats;Through the calculation of alloy model, the work process is optimized operation guidance is provided to worker at the same time;The heats data is provided to the next working procedure.;The history data is offered to the technologist.The establishment of the automatic integrated system of the production process of LF in one steel plant seriously followed the advanced,reliably, practically principle. thus good economic and social benefit.At the same time , used of high-tech in xiang-tan steel plant is proved feasible.
