Research Of Reform To Practical Teaching Of News Edit And Production Major In Vocational School

The rapid development of vocational news educations calls on a higher demand to practical teaching combing the feature of both traditional and vocational news education.There are many problems in practical teaching of News Editing and Production major in vocational school nowadays including insufficient teachers and unreasonable teacher structure—five professional teachers in average without any related teaching background and practical experience, unreasonable setting of talent training objective and practical lessons lack of vocational features and connection of each teaching contents, insufficient practical teaching equipments which have reduced the practical chances and problems in practical teaching management and quality monitor reflected in incompact management in experiment equipment and practical place, setting of practical plan and acceptance of practical work, etc. all theses problems are caused by the abuse of our education system and defect of personnel system though in spite of the appearances of insufficient capital and experiences.In this paper, all these problems are attempted to solve from six aspects including construction of faculty, setting of talent training objective, courses arrangement, Curricular and extracurricular practice and evaluation and management of practical teaching. We try to set reasonable talent training objective according to position needs, open lessons with major features, develop Curricular practical guide book which can help students master all the principles and knowledge, reinforce the organization of extracurricular practice, explore the extracurricular cooperation mode positively and construct comprehensive evaluation and management system to practical teaching. With all this efforts, it is expected that a relative perfect practical teaching system can be formed on the basis of reform.
