| With the development of the society, enterprise reinforces its power day by day while its human resource management having also become even more complicated. The question of how to achieve the rationalization of the enterprise's human resource microstructure by improving the efficiency of obtaining and using human resource. Becomes a core problem that every entrepreneur must considers. In the core problem,that whether system can express the Dynamic Fuzzy Data is the key of raising system function.To answer the above question, I have done a few probing attempts.Through analyzing the different data types of existing human resource management; putting forward the method of data categorizing based on dynamic fuzzy lattice in human resource management system.To sum it up, this paper has certain characteristics as follows: 1. putting forward the method of involving the dynamic fuzzy lattice in human resource management by analyzing different types of existing human resource management and optimize the HR management system. 2. expand the applying range of dynamic fuzzy lattice which realizes the conversion from theory to practice. 3. putting forward and designing the HR systematical structural model based on the theory of dynamic fuzzy lattice. Anyway, this paper has only done some fundamental work on the subject when there's much work to be further researched later on, for example, method in dividing multi-dimensional data with dynamic fuzzy lattice and its principles and future. |
