In this era, the resources of customer are precious, What is the core competitiveness of enterprises? For all businesses, At least the capabilities of customer relationship management is essential. Taking one-time clients into long-term customers, and taking long-term customers into loyal customers for life. With an abundance of market and competition, more and more enterprises begin to pay attention in the production and management about human factors, taking the initiative to outskirt the customers and taking customer needs and interests as the center to satisfy the needs of our customers desire and long-term interests. In the market under the full and effective regulation, philosophy of" customer as center" with the development of advanced customer relationship management tools and methods has gradually become the yardstick for corporate actions and ideas. Reaction of the market to tell us that the era of "customer as center" has come. How to win customers, maintain customer relationships to the enterprise has become a matter of survival.Customer relationship management is under the purpose of ameliorating the relationship between enterprise and customer. It is a new management mechanism. It actualizes in the marketing, sales, serves and technique suppose etc. Its target is through the interaction between the management and customer, struggling to reduce the distribution tache, lower the sale cost, achieving to improve the final effect.This text has discussed the basic idea of Customer Relationship Management, discussing design thought of the Customer Relation Management information system, abstracting its basic meanings, its phylogeny, its background and etc. Discussing the basic idea of customer's loyalty. And gruffly commenting the customer's credit standing and loyalty degree. That system can be used as the reference for enterprise putting into practice CRM.
