With the development of network manufacturing technology, the enterprise traditional manufacturing pattern is already outdated. Agile Manufacturing, which can help the enterprise win the market competition of the 21st century, is one of the most important industry manufacturing patterns. It requests the enterprise to support resources sharing, coordination design and coordination manufacturing under the network environment.The international standard ISO 13584 meets the demand of the standard parts library information exchanging and sharing among enterprises and within enterprises. The objective is to provide a neutral mechanism capability of transferring parts library data, it is independent of any application that is using a parts library data system. And it defines a neutral form for describing the existing parts, in order to realize the data interface and sharing among heterogeneous CAD systems. Different CAD platforms need the corresponding data interface. So this thesis aims at this problem and the geometric programming interface based on UG. is studied in it.The parts geometric figure program is a text file, which is in according with FORTRAN syntax, and it is a neutral subprogram that describes a part family with functions of appendix A of ISO 13584-31. The data interface of this thesis regards GRIP as the goal language tool for realizing the procedure modeling, and studys the geometry interface functions that the part of ISO13584-31 geometry programming interface offers, to convert the geometric figure procedure of the part into the GRIP goal procedure, and establish mapping relation between PLIB and GRIP correctly. Through studying the modeling method of the standard component, and according to ISO 13584 standard parameter requirement, penman have proposed thethought of parameter feature modeling technology, and give an example for explaining principle of parameter feature modeling. The focal point of this thesis is to discuss and study mapping relation between GRIP and ISO13584 function functions in data interface, and to realize 1=>1 mapping mode which is an ideal way, the objective is to reach the parameter feature modeling of CAD system finally.An example that is named GB1097, guid kye, will be given to explain the whole working process in detail, and implement the parameter feature modeling.
