With the rapid development of intelligent manufacturing and informatization,the exponentially increasing and dynamically changing characteristics of manufacturing enterprise data has become increasingly prominent.Due to the many types of industrial data,the scattered data,and the lack of unified standards,the challenge of enterprise informatization construction and data management has been brought.As the foundation of industrial data,designing data is the source of data for manufacturing enterprise products.Only by ensuring the uniformity and standardization of design-side data can it ensures its application effect in the entire product life cycle.Because of the variety and quantity of design data,and standard part data is an important part of the design data,therefore,it is necessary to unify the standard part data which can improve product design efficiency,reduce product development costs,and increase product competition in the market force.Aiming at a domestic company's irregular writing of standard part data during product design and the inconsistent definition of basic attributes,which causes the problem of one thing with multiple names and one with multiple objects when the standard part data is transferred to the process,manufacturing,purchasing,finance,etc.This paper studies the secondary development of standard parts library management based on CATIA unified data,which fundamentally solves the problem of one thing with multiple names and one name with multiple things,shortens the product development cycle,and enhances the enterprise's information management of standard parts.First,the concept and characteristics of unified data standard parts are proposed,and the formulation process and data composition of unified data standard parts are studied.The standard part data is unified at the design source,it contains all the data of product design,process,manufacturing,procurement,finance and so on.Second,this paper analyzes the business requirements and performance requirements of the system,and determines the C/S architecture mode and four-tier architecture of the system.The data resource layer of the system is designed,the unified data standard part database design includes conceptual design,logical design and physical design,and the relationship design between various tables.The design of the unified data standard part local model library includes parametric modeling,2D dimension drawing and attribute definition,naming and storage.The design of the data resource layer provides the background data source and model source for system development.Third,this article builds a system development environment;Communicate between the unified data standard part database and the unified data standard part local model library and each level,develops and implements functions of the system application layer and user layer,including login module,user information management module,and increase module,update module,delete module,search module by category,detailed size information module and 3D model generation module.According to the search algorithm of preferred matching,the search function of preferred matching is developed,so that designers can quickly match the best standard parts.Finally,the unified data standard parts library management system is tested,and the result shows that the system satisfies the requirements in terms of function and performance.
