Research On Characteristic Symbol Testing Technology Based On Linear CCD

The level of Mould and Die Making is becoming a very important symbol of a country's manufacturing level and determine the quality and profits of products and design capabilities of new products to quite a certain extent. However, the state-of-art of the mould and die industry in our country is underdeveloped. The franchised grid-manufacturing System for mould and die industry was first put forward considering the characteristics of mould and die making. In this manufacturing system, franchising is the business mode and grid is its master structure mode. Our research object is just the logistics in this manufacturing system.The franchised grid-manufacturing system for mould and die industry is briefly introduced in this dissertation. The Basic idea of franchising and the rationale of grid and grid-manufacturing are analyzed. Then, the dissertation analyses the function of the logistic system in this franchised grid-manufacturing system and shows the research survey of logistic system and inventory system. Franchising and grid-manufacturing determine that the logistics in the franchised manufacturing system must be open, reconfigurable and agile. Based on those analysis, the dissertation presents a holonic logistic system (HLS) using the basic theory of holonic system. HLS includes three types of basic logistic holons: logistic order holon, logistic resource holon, logistic criterion holon. In addition, we can introduce a logistic staff holon to assist the basic holons. Then, the instantiation of logistics system in grid-manufacturing system for mould and die making industry is established and analyzed according to the basic theory of HLS. The control mechanism of the instantiation is specified using UML.
