Logistics information system acts as nerve center of Logistics with the development of Logistics. So it becomes very important to process distributed Logistics information. As important composing of Logistics, random inventory becomes more necessary to be distributed. The idea of this paper is to synthesizes several current popular distribute architecture and techniques into application of distribute information processing of Logistics according to fact, in order to improve confine of conventional Logistics information, to solve actual problem and to research technique.Firstly this paper discusses confine of conventional distribute processing of Logistics, then set forth several current popular distribute architecture and techniques, and analyse its' good qualities and shortcoming and operation of one another. The paper shows characteristic of random inventory distribute processing. We analyse actual random inventory model, tactic, control method and information processing module. We bring forward two amended solution schemes of distribute processing on front basic, one for intranet, the other for internet. The second solution is more suitable to actual development.Then we adopt .Net as platform to realize solution scheme according to amended solution scheme presented before. The realization separates into two steps, the first step is to have application realized for Meta Thought, then the second step is to have distribute processing realized following the first step's basic , then showing .Net's characteristic.So this paper not only researches management of Logistics random inventory, but also researches application of compute distribute processing and .Net application. This paper is good value for synthetical application and theory reference.
