As the "third profit source" of enterprises,logistics management is an important part of modern management.It plays a vital role in enterprise management and is the focus of enterprise planning and research.Especially in semiconductor enterprises,the requirements for logistics management are different from other traditional industries due to the characteristics of the semiconductor industry,such as rapid technology upgrading,large market demand and complex manufacturing process.L semiconductor company was established in 2015.The company is in Dalian,Liaoning Province.It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of American M company and is committed to providing customers with excellent semiconductor equipment and technical services.By the end of 2019,the demand of the chip market is gradually increasing,and the business volume of L semiconductor company is also growing rapidly,which not only brings high profits to the company,but also brings new challenges to all links of logistics management of L semiconductor company.In 2020,a number of business data of the logistics department failed to meet the assessment indicators set by the company,which was significantly lower than that of other subsidiaries in the same industry,and the customer satisfaction was generally not high.Firstly,this thesis introduces the status and role of logistics management in enterprise management and focuses on the characteristics of semiconductor industry and its logistics management.Secondly,according to the special nature of L semiconductor company’s semiconductor industry and the actual situation of the company,this thesis deeply analyzes the current situation of the main management links in L semiconductor company’s current sales logistics and scrap logistics and finds out the problems.At present,the problems of L semiconductor company mainly include poor logistics service quality,high inventory cost and low distribution efficiency.Finally,deeply analyze the reasons behind the problems,and use scientific methods to help l semiconductor company select appropriate third-party logistics suppliers and improve personnel safety awareness,so as to improve logistics service quality,improve logistics distribution process and optimize logistics information system,so as to improve distribution efficiency,Reasonably predict the inventory demand and strengthen the warehouse management,so as to reduce the enterprise inventory cost,and put forward the corresponding management optimization guarantee measures in the aspects of personnel business training,logistics cost management and logistics safety management.It is hoped that through the research of this thesis,we can comprehensively understand the situation of L semiconductor company,realistically analyze the problems existing in logistics management,and put forward the improvement countermeasures of logistics management under the background of semiconductor industry.With the purpose of overall improvement of logistics management,and on the premise of meeting customer needs,we can promote mutual coordination and cooperation among enterprises,minimize the consumption of resources in the supply chain,and achieve the target profits of the enterprise,Form the best logistics management advantages,enhance the overall strength of L semiconductor company,and make the enterprise develop healthily and stably.At the same time,it can provide some reference for similar enterprises in the improvement of logistics management and provide corresponding support for the overall improvement of logistics service quality and the saving of logistics costs.
