In the manufacturing,the mould-making is time consuming and the process is complicated,therefore the informatization construction in mould-making companies is relative difficult.Mould is a very high degree of customerization product.Frequent customers' participation is highly demanded in its design and manufacturing processes,so the closely communication between business and customers will directly influence the due date,quality and cost of the product.Enterprises,specially SMEs urgently need a management information system to solve issue of the communication and collaboration between business and its customers.In this paper,a model that was oriented mould-making order management for customer collaborative platform was proposed,which can help customers get the real-time schedules of mould projects.In order to achieve this propose,a lot of work were conducted as follows:1.An investigation was conducted and the information exchange content and processes between business and customers was sorted out and the requirements of customers were extracted.2.A large number of literatures survey was conducted.Base on the survey,the problem that existed in customer collaborations was clearly defined.3.Aiming to the analysis of collaboration problems and the needs of enterprises,a model of customer collaboration platform that oriented mould-making order management was architectured.4.Aiming to the issues of accessing to customers' technical requirements,a detailed roadmap to implement collaborative platform and customer's information systems was drawn out.With all the technical data from enterprises,the AHP was adopted to develop the software system.5.The software system was developed,tested and verified.Experiment tests conducted has shown that the proposed approach can monitor in realtime the schedule of projects for customer through internet. |
