Research And Implementation Of Distributed Logistics Decision Support System Under The Unified Market

Based on the analysis of existing research 4PL at home and abroad , and combining the characteristics of 4PL and the specific Chinese agricultural trading platform of "a unified market" project , a "distributed Logistics" concept is put forward . As the agricultural trading platform for distributed logistics services shortcomings– lack of the necessary decisions, In this paper, we bring forward the theme : the Distributed Decision Support System for Logistics Research and Implementation under a unified market.First , we planed distributed information system based on multi-agent and the architecture of information decision support system, and analyzed the various agency's basic functions. Secondly, in view of the decision of two key issues : Path Selection and 3PL vendor Selection , the overall solution for the modeling was promoted, which is also the focus of this paper. For Path Optimization, the paper established a "node for the city to present their multi-weights" model. Based on the before and after traversing , we designed "two-way traverse" to simplify the process of logistics network path and combined with the A * algorithm to select the spare paths that suit the needs of the customers. After the Path Selection , we should establish the evaluation system of 3PL vendors and combined with the respective advantages of AHP and DEA to evaluate the 3PL vendors. Finally, a simple example -- the logistics process within the five northwestern province from Urumqi to Xi'an , demonstrate and validate this decision support system solutions.At the end of the text, we made the summary and find some problems encountered on thesis research process need further study.
