The Analysis And Research On Inventory Control Of Reverse Logistics Under Different Operation Models

With the progress of science and technology,the speed of products renewal has been faster and faster,the life cycle of products has been greatly shortened and the number of waste products has increased significantly.Inventory control is an important part in the reverse logistics,in this process there will have problems of forward and reverse two sources,the quality difference and the random of the number of recycled products.It makes the inventory control and management of reverse logistics more complicated in the view of the new situation of the development in China.This paper discuss the stock problem under the different logistics operation modes.It is good to reduce the operation cost of reverse logistics effectively and promote the development of reverse logistics activities.On the basis of relevant theoretical research at home and abroad,this paper analysis the reverse logistics system and the different characteristics of reverse logistics inventory management under the different modes.At the last,it establish a dual source inventory control model and a reverse logistics inventory and path optimization model.In the dual source inventory control model,this paper analysis the influence of parts and components reverse logistics on the spare parts inventory control of manufacturing enterprises in reverse logistics process.Under the condition of dual source,get the best order quantity and the optimal batch of the processed products.It can reduce the inventory cost of the dual source.The model of the reverse logistics inventory and path optimization,considering the influence factors of multi type and multi quality products on inventory.Fuzzy clustering analysis is applied to the weight,volume and value of the recovered items.Different types has different inventory cost.In a certain period,considering the inventory holding costs.transportation costs and fixed costs of vehicles.Build the model of the reverse logistics inventory and path optimization.In the last,summary and prospect the contents and research directions of this paper.
