Manage the space data with the database, using SDE space data engine and SqlServer database , the high efficiency has realized that the stock of the data fetches the space data huge in quantity and business datum. This text uses design mode to plan the integrated frame of GIS and MIS, and have proposed that the frame based on component factory can be designed; And then has introduced system integration all-sidely from frame system and integrated theory , GSQL template and industrial model. Above-mentioned methods and technology are realized in large-scale domestic GIS software- large-scale geographical information system VegalGIS of irrigated area of Vega, solved the integrated problem of large-scale software development and meet in the data processing of magnanimity.Large-scale geographical information system VegalGIS of irrigated area of Vega adopts the design method and OOP.and has carried on the module design and realized according to the design philosophy of the soft project .having the interface with friendship, the technology of supporting , unifying the integrated frame platform etc. And adopt distributed multi-layer system structure , many kinds of databases , of good performance , steady , easy to safeguard. Make the space data of irrigated area after realizing the environment of the network, function based on GIS , MIS integrated technology of observing and controlling etc. And have the function of social information inquiry , water level predict with historical water level information inquiry , mix water simulation , irrigated area .
