Rice is an important food crop in China, produce high quality, high yield of rice is the prerequisite to promote agricultural economy in our country rapidly, it not only has important significance in Chinese food security, but also is a long-term goal of the sustainable development of agriculture in our country.With the mature computer monitoring and research, the intelligent monitoring network, not only can reduce production input, but also improve the safety and production efficiency, thus design an intelligent sprouting in rice production process monitoring and control system has important significance.The design mainly through a combination of computer technology, single-chip microcomputer control technology, sensor technology and the MCGS configuration technology to realize automatic, intelligent and large scale of the emergence of rice production. Temperature and moisture are two critical factors in the process of rice sprouting, due to the emergence of the traditional way can’t accurately control these two factors, it often appears low survival rate, seed rot, burn kinds of seeds, rice malt thin and all the phenomenon such as death, peasant household suffers great economic losses, this system can not only control the environmental factors accurately, but also monitore the various stages in rice production for the full range of real-time.In this thesis, first of all, design the overall scheme of the system, including system process design and system overall structure design, system mainly equipped with boiler, injection pump, water pump, circulating pump, temperature detection system, weak water level detection system and spray system, etc. Sensor system, the information of detected data sent to the main controller, the main controller through the Modbus communication protocol will collect information display interface configuration screen, the operator can also through the configuration screen and computer to monitor device in the system.Later, in this thesis, design the application of the hardware system, mainly includes: the processor selection, selection of sensor, relay selection, monitoring screen selection and design of experiment box. The design of system software mainly includes the temperature sensor data conversion and Modbus communication protocol design, the Modbus communication protocol design mainly adopts the Modbus RTU communication mode and the way of the Modbus/TCP. Based on the MCGS configuration software, automated monitoring,through the configuration screen for pump,valve,boiler and accelerating seed germination to control the working state of the box, and at the same time, real-time monitoring and analysis of rice seed soaking, germination stages, breaking chest, the monitoring interface is mainly composed of parameter setting, process animation display interface and work log interface, thus greatly improve the reliability of the system. Finally, system testing and analysis, mainly on the temperature sensor performance test and equipment operation stage.Experimental results show that the system is stable and reliable, operation performance is strong, in the automation of agricultural production, this system plays an extremely important role.
