With the development of the computer network technology and the communication technology, the remote control has already become an essential technology in automation domain now, and has received more and more attention. At present, remote PLC Virtual control system based on industry configuration software still has not concrete application in teaching. Relative specialty of the electric department and the mechanical department of many schools, have correlative curriculums, experiments, curriculum design, graduation project and so on. If enough experiment equipments are purchased, very high fund will be needed, moreover majority equipments only have the control level, it's difficult to start flexible, innovative and comprehensive modern characteristic experiments. In order to save the fund, improve teaching level and science research level, we decide to research a kind of remote PLC Virtual control system based on the industry configuration software, utilize existing computer resources, make remote PLC Virtual control through the working interface and the function of the configuration software on the computer, then students can reach the experiment aim of communication between PLC and the scene equipment. At the same time, connecting PLC with the scene equipment in actual industry control system, it can realize the actual remote control. This topic research has greatly practical significance for the industry control domain.Remote PLC Virtual control system research based on industry configurationsoftware, at first, completes the communication between PLC and PC, then classifies the gathering data, and completes series work such as processing real-time and historical data, giving an alarm and safety mechanism, flow control, motion picture demonstration, trend curve and report form output and so on, at last issues the configuration project on the web through the server, remote computer users can browse the computer on which the project is running on MCGS WWW network version by IE, and browse the configuration pictures of the project conveniently, examine on-site real-time data and historical data and monitor and control this project at the same time. This topic discusses the virtual control system based on 485 networks, namely a 1: N network monitor and control system of communication between PC and a few of programmable controllers. This topic introduces its structure and working principle, and describes how to establish 485 networks in detail. Furthermore remote virtual control system of other devices based on the MCGS configuration software is introduced, including the design of virtual control system of the device that has driver or not. The second status is mainly elaborated. It has two ways, the first one is to develop the driver of the communication between intelligent instrument based on Single-chip and MCGS on the platform of MCGS, and to explore the drive connect method between common intelligent equipments and configuration software. The second one is to communicate indirectly through DDE "soft channel". Furthermore the network of virtual control system of other devices based on MCGS is introduced, and the realization of the network control function of other devices' virtual control system.
