Orthodox PID control has been used widely in industrial process control for its simple arithmetic and good robustnesss, once parameters have been confirmed, it's parameters can't adjust in order to the excursion of parameters of object controlled. But to adopt the parameters self-adjust illegibility controller, we make the system reach the best capability by illegibility control rule of controller parameters adjusting automatically controller'parameters.This paper has been researched for the structure, adjusting rule and the illegibility control rule. And this paper has introduced the THJ-2 advanced process controlling system experiment equipment and THJ-2 teledata collecting process control system. It has more detailedly depicted for MCGS software and RS-485 serial interface communication used at this experiment equipment.Control method based on combination ot fuzzy control and PID control is presented for characteristics of industrial boilers control system. The new kind of controller based on traditional PID controller employs fuzzy reasoning to accomplish PID parameters self-adjusting. To simulate this entire system using Matlab simulator software, and to write the program in order to the illegibility control rule, and to realize the illegibility control. The system works well on adjusting and operating at experiment. The result indicates that the parameters self-adjusting illegibility controller is of well self-adaptability at the system of boiler inside wall water level control system.
