The character of modern industrial production is having many operational variables, coupling , uncertainty, nonlinear, big delay and so on. Traditional PID control has can not meet the demand. So, we must adopt advanced control algorithms. Configuration software can found favourable man-machine interface, through the flow chart interface, we can see the information of advanced control. It make the maintenance and operation easy. It has broad adaptability , strong dependability and it can creat application easy . But its own control function is limited, most configuration software only have PID control module. Therefore, we develop advanced control algorithm based on configuration software. In this paper, forcecontrol configuration software was used as the platform, advanced control algorithm ActiveX control element was compiled by vc. Finally embed control element into configuration software. configuration software embeded control element have the merit of not only the configuration software but also the advanced control algorithm. It avoid developing repeatedly, save the manpower and material resources. Fuzzy control algorithm with adjustable gene, dynamic matrix control algorithm and fuzzy PID control algorithm were used in this paper. Thereinto, in fuzzy control algorithm with adjustable gene, adopt the idea of dynamic control and bring forward the idea of changing domain. In dynamic matrix control algorithm, a new method of error-correction was brought forward. In fuzzy PID control algorithm, the idea of fuzzy rule switch in reference[46] was used. Through comparing the simulation result in Matlab, prove the advantage of the advanced algorithm used in this paper. Using DDE technology exchange data between configuration software and model in simulink, prove that this method of embeding the advanced control algorithm into configuration is feasible.
