This article will design a monitor and control generated system, which is basic on single capacity tank of MCGS. Liquid level control is a common process in industry. It is so important to produce that it cannot be ignore by us. This control has many characteristic like non-linear, hysteresis and coupling which can well imitate industry process. To the system common PID use solid parameter, which leads to good effect.We will finish main work including:(1) the background and importance of this article.(2)it introduces MCGS configuration software detailed, that is how it works and how many parts it has and so on.(3) single capacity tank control including hardware: single capacity tank, S7-200PLC.(4)the control system design mainly includes the way of configuration software and system’s control plan.(5)control program compile including start plan, control compute, circulate plan, store plan.(6) to establish the mathematical model of two kinds of water tank system, and understand that single let water tank and double let water tank of the parameters needed in the process of modeling, and know how to solve these parameters, and finally completed the establishment of the single and double let water tank animation interface.(7) compare the difference between single and double let water tank, summary analysis of the characteristics of the water more, master the principle of liquid level control system in essence.The significance of this article:through the platform of the MCGS, the liquid level monitoring system, we can study of tank liquid level control system can be more in-depth understanding of the principle of liquid level control, and summarizes the general rule of similar liquid level control system.
