Design And Implementation Of Building Petrochemical Enterprise Production Model Based On MVC Pattern

Production model is the foundation of production simulation and optimization in petrochemical enterprise. It is very important to improve management efficiency and increase competition ability. In this paper, a method of building petrochemical enterprise production model based on MVC pattern has been presented to support the decision and management of petrochemical enterprise. It is no doubt that this model can be very useful to managers of those enterprises. The main work of this thesis is enumerated as followed:(1) The core elements of enterprise production have abstracted by analyzing the production activity using 0-0 method. A new way of building production model based on those elements has been proposed. In this way, customer can establish production model by assembling those elements on their own situation easily and expediently.(2) A frame based on MVC pattern has been presented to implement the construction of the production model. The detailed design of three layers in MVC pattern and the way of model storage and instauration have described in this paper. This frame provides a visible way to show the production model. In this way, people can build and modify this model in an intuitionistic mode.This paper focus on the method of building production model and the frame of construction implement. The research of this paper has been applied the decision system of production planning in Fushun petrochemical enterprise. Examples show that this method seems to be effective.
