The Study On Model Construction Of Production Planning Optimizing Model In Petrochemical Enterprise

It is a long history of thirty years in the abroad since the combination of Linear Programming and computer science technology was used to make the production planning of large-scale refinery. The LP software has been used to help making the production planning at the beginning of 1980s in our country. After twenty years' practice, much economy benefit was acquired .However, due to the lacking of abstraction from the common problems in production planning optimization, the optimizing software in existence is hard to scalable and reusable by other company. The optimizing software in existence only can optimize using one fixed object and some fixed restrictions .The planner couldn't compare one optimizing result with another.To solve the problems above, this paper develops the method of object-oriented model construction in DSS, and then puts it into practice in petrochemical enterprise creatively. The work this paper has done is as follows:1. Extracting two kind of knowledge from the LP models of petrochemical enterprise production planning. One is domain-knowledge which describes how petrochemical production flows. The other is model-knowledge which describes the LP model. Both of the knowledge is organized in arrangement using the class and inheritance of the object-oriented method, so it can be scaled and reused as far as possible.2. Extracting model construction rules from LP model of the petrochemical enterprise production and designs the rule database, which store these rules. The planner can add or modify the rule database according to the actual optimizing problem of product planning in their company, instead modifying the code of optimizing software in certain degree.3. Designing and realizing the LP model constructor. The model constructor synthesizes the petrochemical production domain-knowledge and LP model knowledge to construct the LP model according to the construction rules which the planner has chosen at the beginning the optimization process.The model construction method described in this paper has been put into practice in the production planning optimizing software of Fushun petrochemical enterprise .This paper has some fundamental study on a new way to establish a universal optimizing platform of petrochemical enterprise production planning.
