Design And Implement Of Manufacture Execution System (MES) For Daqing Petrochemical Company

The intention of this study is to normalize information and management standard of manufacture, management and process control, form the platform of enterprise resource plan(ERP), manufacture execution system (MES)and process control system(PCS) three frame layers. the platform include not only the link of manufacture plan arrange , process control, process management, maintenance management, technology management, laboratory information management system (LIMS) and ERP , but also process data correction, data statistic, utility balance, equipment life prediction, equipment capability calculation, tank area material balance ,and so on. Integrating the various flows of data and task in the platform, in order to reach the target of cooperation work of all parts in the enterprise, by uniting manufacture management and supply management, to share data among process layer, manufacture execution layer and plan management layer.Manufacture material flow management is the core of MES in daqing petrochemical company, also cover operation management, material balance management, manufacture attemper information management and quality control of refinery plant and chemical plant. According to unification programming of CNPC, using Uniformance MES belong to Honeywell corporation to put real database, manufacture attemper information material balance information, yield calculation data,laboratory information management and , manufacture data statistic and manufacture plan into practice , by the implement of MES to achieve the requirement of manufacture management work.
