Research Of Petrochemical Enterprise EAM Technical Platform

-EAM (Enterprise Assets Management) is an effective management system of enterprise asset .It can improve the running reliability of equipment., prolong the life of equipment, reduce the time of stopping work furthest, reduce maintaining and operating cost, bring the greatest economic benefit to the enterprise.This research combines with the characteristics of the petrochemical enterprise asset management, carries on a research to the EAM technical platform of petrochemical enterprise, frame the EAM functional model of petrochemical enterprise. The thesis mainly includes the following contents.(1) Based on acquaintance with the domestic and international EAM and the administrative situation of the petrochemical enterprise, this thesis analyzes the actuality of the domestic and international EAM, analyzes the actuality and problem of equipments management in the petrochemical enterprise.(2) According to the inquisition, the research analyzes the equipment management characteristics of petrochemical enterprise, the characteristics of organization, and the main business process of the enterprise.(3) On the basis of the equipment management model, the thesis carries on requirement analysis, constructional design, design of the detailed process and database design to the EAM system, frames the EAM technical platform.(4) Researches the key technique of EAM system implementation, mainly including the management of the characteristic parameter, the encoded mode of equipment and standby redundancy, the management method of professional files, the method of carrying out organization management.Passing the research of this topic, the thesis can prepare preliminary work for the development of EAM. In the meantime, this research has referential value to the development of EAM in other enterprise.
