Along with the MES software technology is mature, the emergence of a large number of commercial MES software, MES also began to gradually in the domestic production of large enterprises application. China Petroleum is the domestic large and medium-sized enterprises in the first batch of start to promote the application of MES technology to improve production, improve the management level of enterprise. This system adopts Honeywell technology in petrochemical enterprise collaborative manufacturing solutions, the production operation in production planning and scheduling, production management, production and production statistics four major areas of the business integration.This paper introduced the basic principle of MES, orientation, key technology and its influence to the enterprise production management. Combination of Chinese petroleum Guangxi Petrochemical Industries Co is actual, participated in Guangxi petrochemical MES system construction, put forward petrifaction enterprise MES planning and statistics module architecture and functional model. The balance of materials pretreatment firstly according to the configured model logistics path information, as well as daily in MES inventory information and the transmission of information, based on real-time database for material balance statistics, get used to the material balance in the base period not inventory information and material transmission information, thus supporting the production scheduling and management of statistical work. Based on the production planning business analysis, designs the system structure model and function model. Production planning module provides data import interface and data manual input interface in two ways. Program module is respectively on the equipment maintenance plan, production priorities, production constraints and other production scheduling constraint conditions for maintenance function, which is more scientific and reasonable arrangement of daily production according to the actual situation.
