Design And Implementation Of Production Planning Simulation For Petrochemical Enterprise

Improving production planning is an important means to reduce production cost and to increase management efficiency for petrochemical enterprise. It is significant theoretically and practically to study it. The traditional method of making production planning can't suit the quickly changing market environment. This thesis presents a production planning simulation according to the factual condition of petrochemical enterprise and the shortage of actual making method of production planning. The relations among variables of production flow is turned up through establishing the homeostatic production planning model with the production flow of petrochemical enterprise and running simulation experiment based on it. This work provides a decision support for the workers. The main work of this thesis is enumerated as followed:1. The problem of petrochemical enterprises making production planning is expounded in detail. The actual main method to make production planning is discussed and the development of simulation technology, especially the .application of production flow modeling in petrochemical enterprise is summarized in this thesis.2. A foundation for production planning simulation is provided through establishing the model with object oriented technology, based on the analysis of actual modeling method of production flow in petrochemical enterprise.3. This thesis puts forward a simulation experiment framework of production planning and explains the details of every function module and system design. Production equipment simulation module, oil blend simulation module and simulation interface are designed and their implementation technology is explained.It is important to design the reasonable simulation experiment framework of production planning .The developed system has been doing well in the Fushun Petrochemical Company.
