National economic mobilization is an essential component of national security strategy and is important for national security,unity,stability and development.National economic mobilization simulation exercise is one of the important contents of national economic mobilization preparation,and has the advantages of low cost and high flexibility.In the national economy mobilization simulation exercise,the mobilized enterprises are often operated by hand to simulate the process of mobilizing the task of production.As the number of mobilized enterprises is generally large,the cost of mobilization is still high.To solve this problem,this thesis presents an intelligent enterprise model that can automatically simulate the mobilization process of enterprises.The enterprises production model in this thesis takes several kinds of factors into consideration,such as product inventory and production,raw material inventory and supply,production lines,normal production / overtime production and so on.The core issue of the enterprise production model is the scheduling problem of the production plan.Different from the scheduling problem of the conventional production plan,the production risk of the enterprise is one of the important factors in the scheduling of the production plan.The risks considered in this thesis include the internal risk problems,such as product defect rate and equipment failure rate,and the external risk of enterprises,which is represented by political risk.In this thesis,we use a risk-oriented production planning scheduling algorithm based on genetic algorithm,which provides a more realistic production plan for the enterprise production model.This algorithm takes the cost,the task completion situation,the enterprise risk and so on as the evaluation standard,and takes into account the production tasks,workshop equipment,raw materials,inventory,production methods and other factors.This thesis analyzed the business process of the enterprise production and realized the function of the enterprise production model,such as information exchange,production plan development,automatic operation,exception handling,interface display and so on.Therefore,the enterprise production model has the ability to simulate the enterprises in the national economy to mobilize simulation exercises.In addition,this thesis compared the results of the scheduling of the production plan based on the genetic algorithm and the scheduling of the production plan based on the rules under different internal risks and external risk parameters,and concluded that the cost and risk of the former were better than the latter,and the scheduling algorithm based on genetic algorithm performed well.
