This paper is to develop online monitoring and data analysis of centrifugal compressor gang in petrifaction enterprise, which adopt Virtual Instrument (VI) technique, and make use of VI's software development platform - BridgeVIEW developing a monitoring software.A map road of the hardware and software total solution for centrifugal compressor gang based on VI technique is provided in this paper. It contents the signal conditioning that choose AD5B module, data acquisition that select PCI-6071E clip, data transmission, condition monitoring and data analysis that developed by BridgeVIEW language.Finally it is carried through field installation, debugged for the project, and acquired satisfactory results in the engineering practice. It has been proved that the system is convenient to operate and credible to run.
