This paper is concerned with a real-time monitoring and intelligent diagnosis system. The monitoring objects of this system are rotary washing heads. The purpose of this system is to monitor the conditions of washing heads in real-time and assist in diagnosis of malfunction. Then, we can examine and repair the equipment timely and improve the quality of the products.The hardware of this system includes acceleration transducer with high accuracy and DAQ Card with 24 Bit resolution. We use LabVIEW8.6 to programming the software of the system according to modularized programming idea. The software is divided to spot monitoring servicer and control center client. We can use this system to actualize acquisition monitoring data, intelligent diagnosis, storage and playback.We optimize and compare the measured position of sensor, occasion of signal detection, reducing of noise after tight coupling washing processes. Through several times actual measurement experiment, we have finished the debugging of system, the equipment have been set up at the production equipment field and start monitoring.The results indicate that the system is stable, the characteristic of monitoring data is obvious and the estimate of system is accurate. So the system is practical utility and reliable.
