In modern chemical enterprise, dedicated process circulation pump is the expensive key equipment. In order to ensure safety in production, improve product quality, prevent equipment failures, avoid downtime economic losses, the characteristics of the circulation pump, study the establishment of a real-time online condition monitoring system has a very important economic value and social significance.This paper studies the theoretical basis and method of signal acquisition, developed the test system software development platform based on LabVIEW, key features include time/frequency domain signal processing and data storage playback, and optimizes the system settings through MATALB simulation parameters. On the hardware design, a reasonable choice of sensors, signal conditioning circuit board design and the choice of the data acquisition card, to build the entire hardware platform.After the establishment of a complete monitoring system, on-site monitoring conditions state simulation is done on rotor experiment platform for the use of the system for data acquisition and analysis test.The test results show that a monitoring system can reflect the circulation pump site operation state through the system at the site of application of the test, to achieve the expected effect of the circulating pump online condition monitoring to verify the reliability and usefulness of the system.
