Combining with the technoloies of network communication, embedded computer, automation, virtual instrument, device diagnostocs and maintenance, the embedded intelligent maitenance devices is designed for a remote monitoring, diagnostics, maintenance and controlling devices by the way of being embedded into the object to be monitored. The paper discusses the embedded intelligent maintenance devices based on the Industrial Ethernet as the subject investigated, and one combining with the 16-bit microcomputer SPCE061A, Ethernet Controller RTL8019as and Real-Time embedded operation system μC/OS- Ⅱ is used in the hydraulic position-power servo-control system, which connects the Internet or Intranet through the Industrial Ethernet in order to realize the communication with the remote host computer. The main content that the author researched is listed below:1. The paper presents the present condition of the embedded intelligent maitenance devices based on the Industrial Ethernet, analyzes the specific requirements of the subject investigated, establishes the design scheme, puts forward thee hardwares and the embedded operation system in the system, designes a set of embedded intelligent maitenance devices for monitoring hydraulic position-power servo-control system.2. The Real-Tune embedded operation system μC/OS- Ⅱ is selected and transplanted into the embedded microcomputer SPCE061A , and the circuit layout is realized after the analyzing the architecture and control mode of the SPCE061A and RTL8019as, and then the initialization of the hardware is completed.3. The subset of TCP/IP is choosed and realized in the formation of software for the embedded system to connect the Industrial Ethernet. In the meantime, the paper studies the communication protocol between the PC and the embedded system, and a set of protocol suitable for the subject investigated is implemented to realize the remote monitoring of the hydraulic system.4. The paper analyzes the predominance and definciency of the Industrial Ethernet over the Fieldbus Control System in the domains of real-tune Industrial control, presents the solution for improving, and put forward the viewpoint of combining the Industrial Ethernet and the FCS.5. The digital PID algorithm is analyzed and a kind of adaptive PID control algorithm is realized in the embedded system to implement the intelligent controlling of the hydraulic system.The paper presents the successful implementation of an embedded intelligent maitenance devices over the Industrial Ethernet based on SPCE061A microprocessor and RTL8019as Ethernet interface chip, which is used to monitor hydraulic position-power servo-control system.
