Industrial Ethernet is the hottest topic in the international FieldBus research field, all kinds of FieldBus organizations also put lots of investment into Industrial Ethernet research. The embedded operation systems are capable of network, also push the Ethernet into applications widely.This paper is focused on settling the problems, which are encountered in the industrial applications of the Ethernet, such as bandwidth, real-time ability, stability etc.This paper discusses designing and carrying out of an embedded controller's that base on Ethernet.Firstly,we introduce actuality of Ethernet's and embedded system's,Then,dissertation presents in detail some basic knowledge related to the work about embedded system and embedded software,it mainly includes control and collect system based on Rabbit3000, memory units,Ethernet interface,RS232,RS485,A/D converter which is 12bits,D/A output and reset on power.We finish the controller software design,achieve the functions of sampling, filering, control, alarm and communications with PC. Controller and test equipment together constitute network control system.Then discuss some problems during designing the controller and give the solution.Design the simulation model of control system using the tool of Simulink,what the controlling results in experiment have testified the performance of fuzzy-PID controller.It is better than PID controller for the control system.
