Due to the influence of HuaWei and ZTE events,the development of domestic semiconductors has been highly valued by the whole country,especially in chip design.With the promulgation and implementation of the national integrated circuit industry development promotion program,the enthusiasm for developing semiconductors in various regions has been rising,and many encouraging policies have been issued.In this context,the number of semiconductor design companies is increasing,and the market competition is more intense.On the other hand,due to the internal influence of Moore's law,the change of R&D technology is required to be accelerated to meet the needs of the market.How to manage the progress of R&D projects scientifically and efficiently,so as to improve the market competitiveness of their own enterprises,has become an important issue that semiconductor design companies must consider and face,which will also directly affect the long-term development and strategic objectives of enterprises.Project time management,also known as project schedule management,is one of the nine contents of project management;it is also the basis of some other project management work.The effective implementation of project schedule management can ensure the smooth completion of the project.Project schedule management starts from the estimation of project schedule and the calculation of project schedule.Through the formulation and implementation of project schedule,the effective control of project schedule can be achieved.Reasonable arrangement of project schedule is one of the key contents of project management,which can ensure the completion of the project on time,the reasonable allocation of resources and the best work efficiency.This paper studies the time management of the research and development projects in the pfusion Department of X semiconductor company,and combines the general theory of project time management with practical application.This paper analyzes the problems affecting the R&D Progress in the R&D process,organizational framework and schedule,and puts forward the optimization scheme suitable for the characteristics of the R&D project.At the same time,it also provides reference for similar small and medium-sized semiconductor design enterprises in project time management.
