The Research And Realization Of Project Management System Based On Distributed Product Development

According to the characteristics of more departments, more areas and concurrence in the product development of modern enterprise, the thesis puts forward a concept of project management about distributed product development. The aid is to manage and inspect the process of product development better. So that developing better product with least time and least cost can be true.Firstly the thesis analyses the background of project management system for distributed product development and the necessity of our research, then explains the basic architecture of project management and the current research situation of project management system.In chapter 2, through the analysis of characteristics for distributed product development, the thesis presents the architecture of project management system for distributed product development, defines four basic views involved in project management.Chapter 3 of this thesis discusses schedule management in detail, analyses some methods to make schedule plan, for example, Gantt, CMP, and PERT, points out their advantages and disadvantages. Then the thesis puts forward a fuzzy program evaluation and review technique. The technique imports fuzzy concept into PERT. It will improve the precision of schedule plan. According to three conditions of application, this thesis comes out optimize algorithm respectively, imports fuzzy concept into optimize algorithm too. In the risk management, analyses the analytic hierarchy process.Chapter 4 of the thesis combines workflow technique with product development process, puts forward a task-based workflow technique that makes all tasks run automatically.Chapter 5 of the thesis discusses the advantages and disadvantages of C/S and B/S in project development. According to the characteristics of distributed.extensibility, maintenance, the thesis analyses a framework of three layers and explains its necessity.In the end, this thesis presents an example of product development and explains in brief some main functions involved in the system.
